Return policy
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery are not eligible for a right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Only intact, unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned or refunded within 14 days.
For all our other items (stationery, squishies, blind boxes), the law provides for a 14-day withdrawal period. Items in this category (stationery, squishies, blind boxes, tote bags), if unopened, undamaged and in their original boxes, may be returned or refunded. Otherwise, a return request cannot be accepted.
